Can I hit the gym with my jewelry?
Of course. Lost Gen Club jewelry is waterproof and built to handle your active lifestyle.
From lifting weights to cardio sessions, you can keep your pieces on without worrying about tarnish or fading.
How does your jewelry stay fade-resistant?
We use premium stainless steel plated with 18K gold through a process called Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD). This advanced technique creates a significantly more durable coating than standard gold plating.
The result: a long-lasting finish that keeps its shine through daily wear.
Is the packaging ready for gifting?
Each piece of jewelry comes in its own velvet pouch, and every order includes one LGC jewelry box. Please note that individual jewelry items do not come with separate jewelry boxes.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, every stainless steel and 18K gold plated piece comes with our Lifetime Color Warranty.
We’re confident your jewelry will keep its golden tone. If it ever fades, simply follow our warranty policy and we’ll replace it with a brand-new piece.
Please note that sterling silver pieces & 925 silver plated pieces are not covered by the Lifetime Warranty.
Is your jewelry suitable for sensitive skin?
Our jewelry is crafted from stainless steel, which contains no copper, the metal that typically causes green skin discoloration. While most customers wear our pieces with no issues, individual sensitivities to metals vary. If you have known metal allergies, we recommend consulting with a dermatologist before purchasing. Discontinue use if any irritation occurs.

I have not received my purchase confirmation
Your purchase confirmation arrives immediately to the email entered while placing your order.
Make sure to check your spam inbox in case that the confirmation email got sent there.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, we would be happy to help you make any necessary changes to your order, including updates to your delivery address, if you contact us before your order has been shipped.

Is it possible to make a return / exchange?
Sure! You have 30 days to contact us since the delivery of the order to ask for a return.

What happens if I'm not at home when the courier is delivering my package?
Don't worry, the courier will usually try two times to deliver the package. If you are not at home they will leave your package in the nearest pick-up point and will notify you via email or SMS.
Are duties and taxes included in my order?
Yes, all duties and taxes are already covered in the price you see at checkout. That means no unexpected fees on delivery.
